Create a Resolve
Time to complete: ~10 minutes
Before you start
- Heimdall account
- A question and the answers you want, written in plain language
Steps
- Sidebar → Resolve → New Resolve.
- Pick Choice (pick one answer) or Score (give it a score). You cannot change this later.
- Name the Resolve and write the question.
- For Choice, add at least two answers. Each answer has a short name and a description of when to pick it. You can add up to 255.
- For Score, describe each point on the scale from low to high. Use at least two points and at most ten.
- Optional: open confidence cutoff and enter a number from 0 to 1, such as
0.8. Leave it blank to always treat the answer as usable. The API still returns the full result either way. Your application comparesconfidenceto this number. - Save. You land on the Resolve detail page.
Example
Choice. Question: “Which team should handle this?” Answers: Billing (“charged twice or wants a refund”), Support (“something is broken or they can’t sign in”).
Score. Question: “How quickly does someone need to respond?” Levels from “can wait” up to “needs someone now.”
